(@lisaechow) Before her current job, Lisa Chow worked in public radio for almost a decade – as a correspondent at NPR’s “Planet Money” and an economics reporter at WNYC. She has a bachelor’s in applied mathematics from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia University. She lives in New York.

He also teaches an advanced data journalism class at the University of Missouri and co-founded the company Hot Type Consulting, where his team helped build and launch The Texas Tribune.

Prior to BuzzFeed, he was director of product management at FINS.com, a Dow Jones venture. From 2001 to 2008, she worked at Le Monde Interactif.
